With his friends Owen and Tristan, Elliott checked out the documentary, Babies, as his first movie. He sat on my lap for the first 20 minutes, then walked around, played, ate, and sometimes sat still for the rest of the movie. Luckily, the theater was filled with lots of other babies for the Rattle and Reel screening so it was no big deal.
how was the movie? worth seeing?
ReplyDeleteso there were plenty of other kids his age walking around? i thought maybe i had missed my window of opportunity to go to one of these.
the movie was fine (probably what you'd expect--cute at moments but not necessarily very deep), but it was really more about the experience. There were a few there who were older than E and it was fine he was there. But I don't know how much I could've watched a more involved movie and after seeing all of the smaller babies sleeping quietly, I kind of wish I had gone a lot last summer.
