9 lb bruiser

Because Elliott went back to the doctor a few times for weight checks, he didn't have his one-month check-up until this past week. Because he's had a little bit of trouble gaining and seems to spit-up pretty regularly (it never really bothers him so the pediatricians aren't worried about that), we were both worried about the weight check. He seemed like he was gaining but we just weren't sure. Turns out that he weighs 9 pounds! He also grew in length so now he's 21 inches. He's growing up so fast!

Elliott's first subway ride. We were on the way to the hospital to get a hip sonogram (standard practice for all breech babies to make sure their hips are growing ok. His are!).


Baby-cue! Last year, this backyard had no babies and this year, there are five. Amelia is MIA in this picture. Guess she wasn't hungry.
